Chen Shein, Chairman of Financial Committee
Chen has extensive experience working closely with non-profit organizations including the Weizmann Institute, the Philharmonic Orchestra, and more. He holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA in finance from the University of Tel Aviv. He is a CPA and has been a senior partner at Ernst & Young Israel (Kost, Forer, Gabbay Cassirer) since 1991. Chen is also a member of the firms executive committee and responsible for the real estate sector and non-profit organizations.
Claudia established Krembo Wings along with Adi Altschuler as a response to the lack of activities for children with disabilities like her son Kfir, Krembo Wings first and honored special member. She graduated from Bezalel academy of art and design in Jerusalem and holds a B.Des. Claudia is currently a graphic designer and owner of True Design, a graphic design and marketing firm.
Avi Nissan is an accountant in Tel Aviv and is the owner of a private CPA firm. He is an authorized signatory for Krembo Wings.
Dotan is a corporate lawyer and a father of a child with disabilities. He holds an L.L.B and M.B.A in law and business administration. Dotan has his own law firm specializing in civil and commercial law. He is an authorized signatory for Krembo Wings.
Tal is a father of a child with disabilities. He holds a B.A. in Political science from Tel Aviv University and is also a Board Member at Beit Issie Shapiro. Tal is the Senior Director of Product Strategy at cVidya Networks.
Ika was the CHRO and Chief Integration Officer of Teva Pharmaceutical from 2007-2014, where he led all integration activities of major acquisitions. Prior to his tenure at Teva, Ika spent 6 years in the leading telecom companies in Israel, as a senior executive at Pelephone and as the deputy CEO of Bezeq communications. Before the private sector, Ika served in the Israel Defense Forces for 25 years, and retired from the IDF as a Brigadier General. His last position was The Head of Planning Division in the HR Branch of the IDF.
Nurit is a prominent figure in the Israeli business world and was chosen by "The Marker" magazine as one of the 100 most influential business people in the country. She holds a BA in Social Studies from Haifa University. She joined Krembo Wings board because she believes in the movements vision and is able to contribute to the methodic growth of the organization Nurit is the founder, CEO and chairperson of Emda Group.
Tamir brings with him firsthand knowledge and experience of the business world which he contributes to Krembo Wings through his role as a board member. He served as a pilot in the rank of colonel in the Israeli Air Force. Tamir is currently the CEO of Shikun and Binui Nadlan, the largest real estate development company in Israel.
